Justice Prevails…

Last night I watched the Woman in Gold with my family.  Great movie! Based on a true story.

It was uplifting to see a young lawyer who put it all on the line for his client and to see justice prevail for a woman who was victimized by the Nazi’s and then again by the Austrian government when they refused to return her families property to her.

She won in the end.

Helen Mirren starred in it, I want to be her when I grow up, (not that I think that is possible, genetic lottery didn’t make me a long tall blue eyed blonde, although with the way my mom is aging, there is hope for me yet, well, not to be tall … Or blue eyed… But, you get the idea).

Love to see a lawyer fight the good fight and come out with a victory for his client.

Whole family gave it five stars, a good one to watch over the holidays, if you get tired of It’s a Wonderful Life or White Christmas or a Christmas Story, although who can get tired to those classics (or Christmas Vacation if your kids are older and you like some off beat humor)
